Since you’re on this website, you already know how beneficial school assemblies in the West Coast, Central Valley, and Bay Area can be. An effective elementary school show highlights important parts of your school’s curriculum.
But not all school assembly performers are created equal.
Some are great entertainers. They have your students laughing, clapping, and having fun. But where’s the message? For a school assembly to warrant pulling your students out of class, it needs to be educational, motivational, and leave your students with important concepts.
Other performers are the opposite. They do a great job focusing on critical messages of social-emotional learning. They give the kids key lessons in ways they can understand. But they might struggle to hold the attention of the group.
Exceptional school assembly performers can do both.
I’m Cosmo the magician. As a premier family and children’s events performer, I specialize in performing magic with a message. I educate, motivate, and inspire children of all ages.
But to do that, they need inspiration. They need the tools. And like every other person in the world, they want it to be fun!
My motivational school shows will be the most impactful assembly your school ever hosts. Like a lot of performers, I perform kid-friendly magic. And I get a lot of volunteers up on stage to join in the fun. But my show is different from the rest. With my ‘larger than life’ circus theme, backdrop, and ringmaster attire, and choreographed music, I’ll captivate your students from the very beginning of the show. And they’ll be riveted to me until the very end!
And they get valuable life lessons every step of the way.
“We had the pleasure of hosting a few assemblies with magician Cosmo. I can honestly say that his magic shows greatly impacted our students and staff in a positive way. Cosmo provided engaging magic shows that included messages of inclusion, responsibility, and self-confidence for our K-6 students. It was amazing seeing the smiles on our students’ and staff’s faces as they watched his motivational show in awe.”

Social-emotional awareness is a big topic in schools. School administrators understand the value of teaching children these skills. By learning how to manage their emotions, responses to others, and develop relationships, students can better use their science, math, reading, and other skills in their careers.
Why? Simple.
All the technical and analytical ability in the world doesn’t matter if your communication and interpersonal skills are not at the same expert level. And healthy self-esteem helps foster empathy for others. When we feel good about ourselves, interacting with others becomes much easier! With the world becoming more connected than ever through technology, fostering relationships has never been so important.
My The Greatest Kid Show on Earth reinforces these key concepts in fun ways. My messages include:
These important lessons teach kids that it’s okay to get help as long as they are respectful. And they’ll hear messages of acceptance, equality, and inclusion.
“We had the pleasure of experiencing “The Magic of Cosmo” show during our after school program and the students had a blast! They loved how engaging Cosmo is and the messages he teaches the during the show about connection, kindness, and the positivity of differences between all of us! His magic was exciting and the students wanted more and didn’t want it to stop! We would definitely recommend this show to all schools and after school programs! Thanks, Cosmo!”

Bringing a school assembly performer into your school is an interruption to your day. Kids are in class. But there’s so much more. There are Phys-ed classes, lunches, and a hundred other things going on in your school any given day.
Guess what? You can breathe a sigh of relief.
My show comes fully contained. Like the classic circuses of yesteryear, I bring everything I need to perform my ‘Magic Circus’ assembly program. And I mean EVERYTHING:
“Cosmo delivers a performance that unites audiences of all ages as they share feelings of excitement, wonder, and curiosity. His performance centers around the importance of every individual knowing and believing how truly incredible they are. He builds confidence and comradery with his uniquely combined magic with an educational purpose. The energy created between him and his audience is nothing short of amazing!”

Thank you for an inspiring and magical performance at Southgate School! The students were enthralled by your talent and some with skeptical glee were eager to unveil the tricks behind your magic 😎. But either way, we were highly entertained and enjoyed, I believe, one of the best assemblies we’ve ever had here at Southgate!
As a teacher, I was especially impressed by the content and message that tied in with your performance – the words of encouragement, friendship, kindness, we’re stronger together than apart, and my favorite, “Don’t fight, be tight, make it right!” We’ve been using this message on the playground. The students are still talking about the show and practicing some magic tricks of their own. You’ve inspired some future magicians!
Hoping to have you come back again next year. Your show truly is a wonder!

Here’s the bad news. I’m one of the busiest magicians in the West Coast, Central Valley, and Bay Area. I’ve been told by other school assembly performers (and even my website developer) that they can’t believe I have the energy to perform as much as I do.
Between school assemblies and other private events, I perform around 400 shows a year! My schedule often fills up months in advance. To avoid losing your preferred date, contact me right away while you’re thinking about it.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
